The conference highlighted the conditions necessary for the success of the scheme: policies conducive to work-based learning and sustainability.

The key feature of the conference was on the Apprenticeships Higher Education Model (AHEM), a versatile tool promoting work-based learning and enriching students' practical skills. The event consistently emphasized empowering graduates for a successful workforce transition, sharing success stories, and showcasing the project's tangible impact.

As the conference concluded, the focus remains on leveraging these achievements to transform education and enhance employability in the region. WBL4JOB is not an end in itself but a launchpad for continued progress, a powerful collective commitment to shaping a brighter future for graduates in Armenia and Moldova.
